We would like to update youon the initiation of a construction project located in close proximity to TheRetreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, approximately 75–100 meters away fromthe entrance.

We would liketo provide an important update regarding the ongoing external constructionproject taking place in front of The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel.Please note that this construction is not within the hotel premises and isentirely independent of the property. While the work was initially expected toconclude earlier, and that the construction has been extended until 31^stDecember 2026.

Despite theongoing work, all hotel facilities, including restaurants, spa, pool, andbeach, remain fully operational, maintaining their usual service hours toensure a seamless experience for guests.

ConstructionDetails:

• Work is currently underway Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the schedule varies, with some days having no activity at all.
• Activities may include drilling, hammering, scaffolding, and loading/unloading.

PotentialImpact on Guest Experience: Whilemost areas of the hotel remain unaffected, below room categories may experiencesome noise disturbance:
